Nvidia has addressed several issues users faced when releasing its new graphics driver. The company released version 576.02 of its graphics card driver, focusing on fixing bugs and problems affecting users in previous Game Ready driver versions. Users previously encountered issues such as black screens, game crashes, and overall system instability, significantly hindering their gaming experience. This new update resolves many problems, promising a smoother and more enjoyable experience.

Key Fixes and Improvements

According to Nvidia’s official announcement, the latest driver resolves stability issues in Windows 11 version 24H2 and prevents the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) when running games that utilize DLSS 4 and the Multi Frame Generation feature. Additionally, users of the RTX 50 series will no longer encounter random black screens, and overall system stability has improved. A significant enhancement in this release is the resolution of game compatibility issues when using DLSS Frame Generation and GSYNC technology simultaneously.

Targeted Game Fixes

Beyond general optimizations, the new Nvidia driver has addressed issues in several popular games. Users will no longer experience random crashes in Fortnite, freezing in Star Wars Outlaws after a period of inactivity, lag when enabling VSYNC in Overwatch 2.
